Concept
The Canisius Pilgrim Pass is a game app for the digital pilgrimage through Europe and the USA. The avatar Petrus Canisius guides you through the various pilgrimage sites. There is interesting information, pictures and videos for each of these places. You can also put your knowledge of the places and people to the test by playing various mini-games.
From station to station, you can complete your pilgrim’s passport with stamps to get all the country stamps. You can also outdo your fellow pilgrims in the high score by acting quickly and skillfully in order to take first place in the ranking. In your prayer corner you will find your spiritual diary to record your spirituality in the form of entries and share them on Facebook. You can also be reminded of your daily prayer time and find out background information on the life story of Petrus Canisus.

The Canisius Pilgrim Pass was commissioned by the IHS Jesuits in Central Europe. The app was realized with the partners of the consulting agency MDG, the agency for digital signundsinn, the social media consultancy Tacsy GmbH and the publication by TELLUX next GmbH.
