Concept

The project, commissioned by the Blue Marble Health Foundation GmbH in cooperation with Audi BKK, has a modular structure so that further topics can be developed. In just seven weeks of production, an innovative tool was created for an awareness campaign and for digital workplace health promotion; with its 360° visualisations, it delivers a powerful experience without compromise.

The wake-up call from the year 2050

In the game setting, Ambassador “John Johnson” appears as a hologram from the future and announces that the average life expectancy of humans in 2050 has fallen to an alarming 45 years. The reason: a tsunami of lifestyle diseases caused by lack of exercise, unhealthy diets, and constant stress. And worst of all, people in 2025 no longer know how to counteract this trend.

As Health Heroes in the Escape Room MISSION HEALTH 2050, players can counteract this through initiative and teamwork, helping the people of the future to enjoy long, healthy lives once again. In three virtual rooms – Exercise, Nutrition and Mind Balance – they solve three sub-tasks in each area, thereby restoring the lost knowledge.

The concept of the Escape Room Games involves up to 15 team members in a shared physical room, thereby encouraging teamwork and group discussion. In the escape room, players are immersed in digital 360° environments to solve puzzles aimed at rescuing people and to gain meaningful insights into a wide range of health-related topics.

Room 1 – ‘Move The World’ mission: movement exercises you can do at your desk, on the production line or in your daily life.

Room 2 – ‘Food For Life’ mission: clear steps towards practical nutritional literacy through engagement with relevant tasks. By the end, it becomes clear what really matters: recognising nutrition myths, identifying hidden sources of salt, and spotting sugar substitutes – all to help make more informed choices in everyday life.

Room 3 – ‘Mind Balance’ session, offering practical guidance on how to consciously organise your thoughts, use a simple breathing rhythm to calm yourself, and choose constructive responses in stressful moments – a handy toolkit for achieving greater mental balance in everyday life.
