Concept<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training’s hidden object picture uses a playful method to make the transition from school to working life easier for young people. In the fictitious city of zynd-City, which is depicted in this hidden object picture, topics such as job applications, training, studying and other important steps on the way to working life are conveyed in an entertaining way. Players are asked to find certain objects and solve puzzles that are closely linked to these topics. <\/p>\n

This hidden object game goes beyond a simple search game; it serves as an interactive learning tool that conveys complex information in an accessible and engaging way. The combination of visual stimuli and active tasks not only informs young people, but also encourages them to engage intensively with the content. <\/p>\n

They are supported by Zynd-3-Rella, a fictional character who gives the players valuable tips and guides them through the various themed worlds of the city. This character acts as a mentor and advisor, helping the players to make the right decisions and navigate the complex world of transitioning from school to working life. The aim of this approach is to make the learning process informative as well as fun and interactive, so that the content is remembered in the long term. <\/p>\n

Financial aspects such as gross and net salaries, housing benefit and health insurance are explained. Legal issues such as protection against dismissal and maternity protection as well as support from the careers advice service are also addressed. The training ticket is also discussed. These topics prepare students for the reality of working life. <\/p>\n

Campus:<\/h4>\n

The topic of studying is dealt with comprehensively on campus. The focus is on important aspects of student life. The content includes financing your studies and choosing a subject. Life in a shared flat is also discussed. Other topics include liability and household contents insurance, BAf\u00f6G, child benefit and the semester ticket. Learning and study tips are given. Exam nerves and doubts about studying are discussed. The differences between part-time and full-time study are also explained. <\/p>\n

City center:<\/h4>\n

In the city center, the topic of life crises is addressed intensively, with the focus on the many facets of personal crises. The content ranges from various forms of addiction, such as online, shopping and gambling addiction, to eating disorders and the role of legal and illegal drugs. Practical help such as addiction counseling, unemployment benefits and the challenges surrounding cell phone contracts are also addressed. In addition, topics such as burnout and the importance of a good work-life balance are addressed in order to show those affected ways out of the crisis and support in dealing with difficult life situations. <\/p>\n

Residential area:<\/h4>\n

In the residential area, the topic of growing up is dealt with in a vivid way by highlighting key aspects of the transition into adulthood. The content includes practical challenges such as finding accommodation, rental contracts, re-registering and choosing an electricity provider, as well as emotional issues such as fear of the future, loneliness and coming to terms with one’s own sexual orientation. These topics reflect the complex and often overwhelming experiences that young adults go through when starting out on their own. <\/p>\n
