Durch das L\u00f6sen gesundheitsrelevanter R\u00e4tsel zeigt die Webanwendung Usern jeglichen Alters die Bedeutung von Bewegung, Ern\u00e4hrung <\/strong>und einer<\/span> gesunden Psyche<\/strong><\/span> auf eine lange Lebensdauer.<\/span> <\/p>\n

The project, commissioned by the Blue Marble Health Foundation GmbH<\/em> in cooperation with Audi BKK<\/em>, has a modular structure so that further topics can be developed. In just seven weeks of production, an innovative tool was created for an awareness campaign and for digital workplace health promotion<\/a>; with its 360\u00b0 visualisations, it delivers a powerful experience without compromise.<\/p>\n

The wake-up call from the year 2050<\/h2>\n

In the game setting, Ambassador “John Johnson” appears as a hologram from the future and announces that the average life expectancy of humans in 2050 has fallen to an alarming 45 years. The reason: a tsunami of lifestyle diseases caused by lack of exercise, unhealthy diets, and constant stress. And worst of all, people in 2025 no longer know how to counteract this trend. <\/p>\n

As Health Heroes in the Escape Room MISSION HEALTH 2050<\/em>, players can counteract this through initiative and teamwork, helping the people of the future to enjoy long, healthy lives once again. In three virtual rooms \u2013 Exercise, Nutrition and Mind Balance<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 they solve three sub-tasks in each area, thereby restoring the lost knowledge. <\/p>\n

The concept of the Escape Room Games<\/strong><\/span> involves up to 15 team members in a shared physical room, thereby encouraging teamwork and group discussion. In the escape room, players are immersed in digital 360\u00b0 environments to solve puzzles aimed at rescuing people and to gain meaningful insights into a wide range of health-related topics. <\/p>\n

<\/a>Room 1 \u2013 \u2018Move The World\u2019 mission:<\/span><\/strong> movement exercises you can do at your desk, on the production line or in your daily life.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Room 2 \u2013 \u2018Food For Life\u2019 mission:<\/strong><\/span> clear steps towards practical nutritional literacy through engagement with relevant tasks. By the end, it becomes clear what really matters: recognising nutrition myths, identifying hidden sources of salt, and spotting sugar substitutes \u2013 all to help make more informed choices in everyday life. <\/p>\n

<\/a>Room 3 \u2013 \u2018Mind Balance\u2019 session<\/strong><\/span>, offering practical guidance on how to consciously organise your thoughts, use a simple breathing rhythm to calm yourself, and choose constructive responses in stressful moments \u2013 a handy toolkit for achieving greater mental balance in everyday life.<\/p>\n
