Phase 1: Concept
The conception phase aims at the detailed project definition and planning. Vision and requirements are captured, ideas are developed and mechanics are defined using documentation. After coordination, capacity planning for the project roadmap takes place.
Phase 2: Development
The conception phase ends with the handover to the development team. After the kick-off and briefing of the leads, production starts, which takes place in 3-5 steps (dummy, prototype, alpha, beta, master). Each of these steps will be testable through submissions.
